Cristina Panagopoulos

Founder / Head Trainer
Cristina graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana. She was a former professional contemporary dancer and loves the study of movement. She became a certified trainer and metabolic coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2006. Throughout the years she earned her American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) for Nutrition and Wellness Consulting and is an ACE & NASM Personal Training Teacher. In summer of 2015 she completed her Orthopedic Exercise Specialist title through ACE along with pre and post natal pregnancy training. Most recently, she completed her first E-cookbook titled, “Healthy Eating: Balanced Meals for Men and Women .”
Her passion is helping her clients succeed their goals and teaching them how to live healthier lifestyles through exercise and meal planning. Cristina is also very involved in the bodybuilding industry and trains a handful of athletes to compete every year through the National Physique Committee. She herself is a Nationally Qualified Figure Competitor taking home 1st place at her first competition at NPC Northern Indiana in figure along with many other competitions throughout the years. In her spare time she is a busy mom to a healthy and active little girl.

Amanda Pesch

Trainer
Amanda Pesch has been focusing on one-on-one and partner personal training sessions just shy of 10 years. She has progressed from working at campus gyms and corporate chain gyms to successfully owning and running her own fitness company and partnering with colleagues in her field, including CW Physique. Amanda has been working with CW Physique since 2015. Graduating from the University of Illinois, Champaign Urbana with a B.F.A. in Modern Dance, her strong dance background has greatly informed her training style and knowledge of the body and how we move.
In order to achieve the most optimal and efficient workout, Amanda’s sessions center on proper form and creating exercises and cues specific to each individual’s body and needs. In addition, she strives to stay educated and sharp by attending peer-led study groups on all topics relevant to training and the body as well as attending various seminars on new training methods and current research. She is a certified personal trainer and working towards her pre-post natal certification. Amanda also recently completed her RTS practical courses and is currently studying to become a Resistance Training Specialist.

Kateryna Makovestka

Kat is a Chicago based Fitness Professional who is originally from Ukraine. Her mission is to help people lose body fat, supercharge their confidence and transform their life so they can feel food about themselves. With 4 years of experience in teaching, training and continuing my education, I have transformed hundreds of lives through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes. Outside of the gym, Kat is also a National Physique Committee (NPC) Bikini Division Competitor. I’ve discovered a real passion and fulfillment in competing and I am committed to taking it very seriously. I have never been more motivated or inspired in my life. I am more confident, outgoing, have less stress, and I am more energetic than I ever imagined possible.
